Keans Solicitors require an experienced Legal Receptionist/Secretary for an immediate start in our Lucan Office from 9.30am to 1pm, four days a week. The successful candidate should have at least 2+ years working as a Receptionist/Secretary.
Duties will include:
1. Answering the telephone, taking messages, making appointments.
2. Dictation typing.
3. Engaging with clients.
4. Engaging with other solicitors and third parties.
5. Providing secretarial support and assistance to other Solicitors in the practice.
6. Maintaining client files including scanning incoming post, photocopying, filing.
The successful candidate should:
1. Have an excellent telephone manner, be well presented, reliable and conscientious.
2. Have accurate typing skills with a minimum of 60 words per minute and computer skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
3. Possess reliable time management, organisational and communication skills.
4. Have a professional and flexible approach.
5. Have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
6. Be organised with an ability to prioritise and multitask.
7. Have the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
