Job Summary
This role is part of our growing team and involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting production schedules, adhering to quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain scheduled adherence to production and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets.
* Complete relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training programs.
* Adhere to cGMPs and PPE requirements, ensuring a safe working environment.
* Conduct duties with a focus on safety, reporting any issues or concerns.
* Upkeep the required standard of housekeeping and hygiene within the workplace.
* Ensure accurate completion of all documentation and meet Right First Time (RFT) expectations.
* Attend site and team meetings as required.
* Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cross-training plans when necessary.
* Participate in data collection and analysis, as well as investigations as needed.
* Operate equipment efficiently as part of the production line(s), achieving the required level of production output.
* Support the team in reaching goals and targets, promoting a collaborative work environment.
* Maintain adherence to aseptic practices and procedures at all times.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
* Competence in operating, cleaning, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
* Ability to complete machine changeovers when required.
* Demonstrated understanding of mechanical operations.
* Good knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
* Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication and collaboration within the team.
