Process Engineering Technician (Medical Device)
We are seeking a dedicated Process Engineering Technician to handle maintenance matters related to process equipment, jig, fixture, and tooling used by Production in our Medical Device/Pharmaceutical sector.

* Complete maintenance activities promptly and record them in PEMAC or relevant systems/documents.
* Assist in maintaining spare parts for process equipment, jig, fixture, and tooling used by Production.
* Supervise and facilitate vendors' work related to process equipment, jig, fixture, and tooling when vendors work onsite.
* Assist in qualification works of process equipment, jig, fixture, and tooling used by Production.
* Perform verification activities for process equipment, jig, fixture, and tooling returned from repair or service before returning to Production.
* Perform troubleshooting and/or testing activities on process equipment, jig, fixture, and tooling.
* Carefully handle process equipment, jig, fixture, and tooling during assigned tasks.
* Highlight unfamiliar or uncommon situations to the Superior when performing assigned tasks.
* Maintain all safety and health measures while carrying out assigned tasks.
* Autorize to stop operations or withdraw faulty or unsafe process equipment, jig, fixture, and tooling.
Requirements:
* Candidate must hold at least a Technical Certificate/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* At least 1-2 years of hands-on working experience in production machine operational and maintenance activities, preferably in the Medical Device industry.
* Similar experience working in a cleanroom environment.
* Ability to work in a team under minimum supervision.
* Proactive and resourceful.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
