HR Coordinator Role
Our client, a large multinational based in Dublin West, requires candidates for an HR Coordinator position within their HR Department. The chosen candidate will report to the Senior HR Advisor. This is a permanent role, and people who show ability can take on more responsibility. Their office is located in Dublin 15 with free parking available as well as hybrid working options.

Duties:
* Support the HR Advisors to ensure employee documentation is inputted correctly.
* Organise internal L&D sessions.
* Assist with any HR queries from Managers and Employees.
* Support the Payroll team by updating employee details and info on their HRIS regularly.
* Support the HR Advisors with designing job ads, scheduling interviews, and drafting relevant paperwork.
* Manage the development of their internal HR newsletter.
* Update HR policies when necessary.
* Assist with team audits as needed.
* Support the onboarding of new employees.
* Ad hoc HR projects from time to time.
Minimum Requirements:
* BA in Business, HR or similar.
* 1 year+ experience using a HRIS.
* CIPD qualified is a plus.
* Strong experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Great initiative and attention to detail.
* Proven ability to organise and prioritise work assignments.
* Be a team player, showing flexibility in your approach.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & PowerPoint).
