Job Responsibilities
* Audience Desk Analyst must have skills in:
Media Experience
The candidate should have experience with audience files, consumer purchase data, or large data assets related to media activation or sales behaviors.
They should be comfortable communicating with DSPs, Ad Servers, and Publishers in the digital marketing space regarding media/targeting activation.
Familiarity with identity resolution and matching is an advantage.
Planning and Organizing
The successful candidate must:
* Determine resources required to meet objectives;
* Plan, coordinate, and manage resources effectively;
* Identify potential issues and take proactive measures;
* Take ownership of projects and meet agreed-upon timelines and quality standards;
* Effectively manage time and maintain focus in high-pressure environments.
Cross-Functional Influence
The ideal candidate demonstrates effective team behaviors, including:

* Resolving conflicts and establishing common client-focused goals;

Familiarity with CPG and/or GM industries is beneficial, as well as proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other Microsoft applications. Experience working with large datasets and an analytical background are advantages.
Required Profile
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with an advanced degree. They should have 2-4 years of work experience in media, focusing on digital analytics, ad tech, media planning, marketing science, audiences, or media analytics.
The candidate should also have experience creating value by engaging with and/or providing insights to clients or executive-level management.
