Administration Support (Grade III) Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Administration Support (Grade III) to join our team in Cork.
This Specified Purpose contract is for 35 hours per week with a Salary Scale of €26,606 - €42,805 pro rata per annum, subject to Long Service Increments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in coordinating Community Paediatric Clinics and other identified clinics within the regional CHO4 Physical Disability Support Service.
* Provide administration support to the clinics, including reception duties and administrative tasks as identified by the PDSS Co-Ordinator or designate.
Essential Criteria:
* Leaving certificate or equivalent standard of education.
* A minimum of one year's relevant secretarial/administrative/medical secretariat experience.
* Excellent IT skills, including extensive use of the MS Office Suite.
* Experience of working with software designed to facilitate processing of dictated documents and healthcare database software systems.
Desirable Criteria:
* Full clean driver's license.
* Relevant secretarial/medical secretariat qualification.
