Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Administrator to support the growth plans and HR operations of a company based in South Kerry.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the HR department with coordinating and delivering onsite induction programs.
* Support labor planning, recruitment processes, and people management operations.
* Liaise with department managers and provide general HR assistance.
* Coordinate and deliver tailored induction plans for new employees.
* Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks related to HR operations.
* Analyze data and develop reports to inform business decisions.
* Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in HR administration, preferably in the hospitality sector.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Office Suite and CRM software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
