Portfolio Specialist Role
The Portfolio Specialist role exists within KONE's branch/region or central offices.
Purpose of the Role
To take care of core 1 and core 2 maintenance customers by upselling KONE Maintenance Solutions and leading contract renegotiations, ensuring that their requirements are met and they receive proactive support.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting maintenance and operational teams by creating tender documentation and addressing service contract administration issues.
* Driving execution of individual sales plans for customer retention and portfolio growth.
* Reviewing reports to identify opportunities for improvement in contract profitability.
* Creating value propositions with clearly described benefits of KONE solutions for customer needs, including digital solutions such as 24/7 Connected Services.
* General sales administration responsibilities for all core 1 and 2 customers.
Customer Retention and Growth
Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors while interacting with customers, and for creating opportunities and leads (VA and VBOR) to drive revenue and margin growth within assigned portfolios.
Contract Administration
Ensures contracts reaching renewal dates are renegotiated using My PO, handles customer contract queries, and follows up on purchase orders for maintenance contracts and call-outs.
Data Quality and Communication
Coordinates contract negotiation problems with supervisors and MOMs, monitors lead contract renegotiation activities in CRM, and assigns tasks to the right person.
Requirements
* Account management experience is essential.
* Tendering experience.
* Upselling/solution selling skills.
* Service industry experience is beneficial.
* Contract administration expertise.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
* Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken).
