We are seeking an experiencedCompliance Manager to join a dynamic financial services group in Dublin City.
The bank provides banking and investment solutions internationally.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
(With a great possibility to become a permanent position).
The ideal candidate will haveMiFID skills and be able to confidently advise the business on implementing regulatory initiatives (DORA, IAF, etc.).
Key Responsibilities: Provide compliance and financial crime advisory support to the business.
Monitor new regulations and legislation, analyzing their impact on operations.
Contribute to projects requiring regulatory and compliance input.
Focus on key regulatory areas, such asAML, MiFID II, Client Asset Requirements, Market Abuse Regulations, EMIR, the Individual Accountability Framework, and central bank codes.
Review and enhance firm-wide compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Assist in regulatory communications, including engagement with theCentral Bank of Ireland.
Develop and deliver compliance and financial crime training for board members and staff.
Conduct compliance monitoring activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with external legal advisors and consultants when necessary.
Represent the company at industry seminars and networking events related to compliance and financial crime.
Key Skills & Experience: Third-level qualification in Law, Business, or a related field.
Professional Diploma in Compliance (LCI) or other equivalent qualifications Proven experience in acompliance role within the financial services sector.
Strong understanding ofIrish AML/CTF legislation and regulatory frameworks.
Excellentanalytical and presentation skills.
Solid knowledge offinancial products and markets.
Working knowledge of MiFID II is an advantage Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Working knowledge ofMiFID II is an advantage.
