Facility Manager
The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management across two client sites. They will ensure the buildings meet health and safety requirements and comply with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Continued Operation of site Facilities, including Buildings, Plant Equipment, Hard Services & Soft Services.
* Manage routine preventative maintenance, testing and inspection schedules to ensure safe and efficient operation.
* Maintain Operational Procedures, Preventive Maintenance Plans, Business Continuity Plans and Emergency Plans.
* Prepare documents for tender processes and manage contractor work.
* Compare costs for goods and services and deliver value for money.
* Project manage, coordinate and supervise third-party contractors.
Requirements:
* Relevant 3rd level qualification (e.g. Building Services Engineer or equivalent).
* Experience in facilities management or building services industry/consultancy.
* Expertise in M&E, HVAC and refrigerated equipment.
* Familiarity with Building Management Systems.
Work Environment:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
