Were looking for an HR & Finance Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our employees, ensuring compliance, and managing financial processes.
Key Responsibilities: ?

Human Resources Update company policies and employment contracts to reflect legal changes.
Draft, review, and amend employment contracts for accuracy and compliance.
Respond to employee and client HR queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
Enhance staff engagement through online forums, events, and peer recognition programs.
Manage and amend staff schedules using the OneTouch HR system.
Maintain and oversee employee documentation to ensure compliance.
Lead disciplinary meetings and manage workplace conflict resolution.
Develop HR strategies for workforce planning and company growth.
Deliver training on new systems and processes.
Monitor employee performance and provide support where needed.
Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment process.
Post vacancies on HR systems, LinkedIn, and job boards.
Process work permit applications and oversee compliance.
Coordinate onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
Request and process Garda vetting documents.

Finance Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records using NetSuite.
Monitor invoices, remittances, and receipts.
Issue and discuss invoices with clients, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

?Ability to work independently and collaborate with management.
?Proficiency in HR and finance systems (experience with OneTouch HR and NetSuite is a plus).
