Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Group People and Culture Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping and embedding our organisational culture, values, and behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Culture Development: Take a lead role in building and strengthening our culture by embedding our group's values in all aspects of our work.
* Recruitment Strategy: Develop effective recruitment strategies that leverage our existing talent pool across the group.
* Performance Management: Lead staff performance review processes to ensure we nurture and develop our talent pool across the group.
* Employee Relations: Support our divisional heads and management on employee relations and performance management matters.
* Learning and Development: Design and deliver learning and development programs that foster growth and align with both talent and business requirements.
* Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion: Lead equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives across the group, executing a plan that aligns with our company values and best practice.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a Business-related subject.
* Experience: A minimum 5 years' experience in a HR role with a minimum 3 years' experience in a management role.
* Skills: Good knowledge of employment regulations, excellent knowledge of HR best practice, and vast working knowledge of all HR departmental areas.
