Role Overview Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the selected candidate will have direct accountability within the L&D team and wider HR team for the following responsibilities: Managing and delivering on key strategic initiatives outlined in the companys overall strategic roadmap and the HR strategy Leading the assessment of training needs across the organisation to identify priority learning areas Overseeing the planning and budgeting processes for professional growth activities Coordinating external education programs and advanced training opportunities for employees Designing and delivering essential internal training courses using diverse instructional methods Creating comprehensive plans and frameworks to address specific learning needs identified in the organizational development strategy Contributing to the continuous improvement of the companys people development initiatives in line with broader business objectives Leading specialized projects within the HR department and representing the team in cross-functional project efforts Assisting with the development of tailored training solutions for individual departments and employees Ensuring the continued improvement and management of the systems supporting professional growth and development Qualifications & Experience A relevant degree in L&D, Human Resources or a similar field A minimum of three year's experience in a role focused on workforce training and development, with expertise in areas such as: designing and implementing learning programs, assessing training needs, creating instructional content, delivering workshops and presentations, and utilizing diverse learning formats Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster collaboration and drive team success, while effectively motivating and engaging others Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with experience in recognizing areas for enhancement, generating innovative solutions, and executing improvements Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well in team environments Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), cloud collaboration platforms (such as Microsoft Teams), and communication systems (Outlook, Teams) Hands-on experience with learning management software and tools for course design Familiarity with various learning technologies, including emerging tools like generative AI Proven ability to lead projects and ensure the successful completion of objectives and deliverables Skills: LMS LXP Training & Development Assessing Training Needs Creating Instructional Content Developing Workshops Benefits: Flexitime Hybrid Pension
