Job Description
Main Responsibilities
* Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key account retailers to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
* Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate in the planning and forecasting processes to align with commercial requirements.
* Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on profitable trading opportunities to drive revenue and profitability.
* Sales Pipeline Visibility: Maintain transparency of new and existing sales pipelines and ensure strategic progress at each developmental stage.
* Business Plan Development: Create and implement tailored business plans that reflect both customer and marketing strategies.
* Sales Best Practices: Adopt and promote best practices in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and opportunity management.
* Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong customer-centric ethos, proactive attitude, and ability to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in a Key Account Management role within a CPG or FMCG context.
* Proven expertise in managing multiple product listings and key retailer relationships effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities to meet varied sales objectives.
* Strong written and verbal skills, with the capability to articulate innovative concepts clearly.
* Detail-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments.
* Comprehensive understanding of retail operations and ability to meet comprehensive client needs.
