Job Summary
Were seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Executive to join our fast-paced payroll team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong knowledge of payroll regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse client portfolio with varying pay frequencies.
• Process and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations (PAYE/PRSI/USC).
• Submit payroll data accurately and on time via Revenue Online System (ROS).
• Prepare and submit required reports, including Pension Reporting, General Ledger Reporting, and Central Statistics Office returns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client payroll queries, delivering excellent customer service.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with data protection, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with payroll process reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to team collaboration by providing support, reviewing processes, and assisting colleagues as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years experience in high-volume payroll processing (bureau/shared service experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, including PAYE/PRSI/USC.
• IPASS or accounting qualification is an advantage.
• Experience using payroll software (e.g., Megapay) is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
