Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of the entire wedding journey, from the first enquiry through to the celebration and post-event follow-up.
Collaborate closely with wedding couples, event planners, and internal teams to create seamless, stress-free experiences for all involved.
Maintain the highest standards of service, ensuring every detail is perfect for your clients.
Handle the administrative side of things with efficiency and precision, keeping everything on track.
Be a driving force behind sales, turning leads into successful bookings and maximising revenue opportunities.
Step into the spotlight on the wedding day, assisting with coordination and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the events or hospitality industry, particularly in sales-driven roles.
A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Strong computer skills (knowledge of hotel operations is a bonus).
Flexibility to work weekends and mid-week shifts, including event days.
