Senior HR Business Partner
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the Human Resources function for our Dublin operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with stakeholders to advise on HR matters and strategy within the Irish office.
* Work closely with Partners to identify needs and develop initiatives, policies, and procedures.
* Manage local recruitment in partnership with centralized resourcing teams.
* Conduct induction processes and assist with employee exits.
* Manage Employee Relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Support employees with health issues, absenteeism, sickness, and leave planning.
* Support the Managing Partner and Partners through performance management and promotion processes.
* Forecast and report on financial and other matters to the Executive Board.
* Support resourcing teams with annual Graduate and Trainee recruitment programmes.
Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience working at a similar level in a large Legal, Professional Services or Financial Services firm.
* Ability to work autonomously as a decision maker and influence strategy and policy design.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
