Duties and responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress in line with CACI project management methodology
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
Regulatory Compliance:
Work as part of the Compliance team to stay abreast of regulatory changes and trends within the industry
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure that all projects comply with the necessary regulations and standards
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including compliance reports and audits
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners
Engage with and keep up to date CACIs Project Management team on the status of projects and material issues / blockers
Schedule and lead project meetings to report on progress, risks, and solutions
Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Risk Management:
Perform risk management analysis to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Quality Assurance
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate issues to management as needed
