Key Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming calls and managing a busy email inbox.
* Responding to queries and telephone messages in a timely manner.
* Printing, organising, and filing.
* Preparing and managing tender documents and processes.
* Recording, typing, and distributing meeting minutes.
* Drafting correspondence, invoices, and other administrative documents.
* Coordinating supplier quotes and maintaining organised records.
* Overseeing contract management tasks.
* Scheduling and arranging site visits and inspections.
* Attending site surveys and walkthroughs with representatives.
* Creating and submitting planning documents for approval.
* Providing support with other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
* Administrative experience, ideally within the construction or site management sector.
* Familiarity with tender processes and documentation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational abilities.
