Job Summary:
MCD Productions is the leading promoter and provider of live music and entertainment events in Ireland. We promote events with capacities ranging from 200 to 80,000 across the island.

Responsibilities
* Prepare ticket sales reports for agents according to agreed schedules.
* Create and submit venue maps detailing seats sold, comped, held or unsold, camera positions, etc.
* Develop and submit manifests as required.
* Set up new shows for sale, including seat prices and pricebreak maps, and circulate to Ticketmaster/Live Nation as needed.
* Provide updates on ticket sales and trends to relevant agents/management.
* Determine ticket hold requirements and monitor/reduce/release as appropriate.
* Ensure effective monitoring and communication of ticket holds, including Platinum and VIP, to allow timely sale of surplus tickets.
* Review, develop and enhance ticket coordination to optimize revenues and minimize potential loss of sales.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements
* Prior ticketing experience is preferable.
* Strong time management and task prioritization abilities are essential.
* Flexibility, resourcefulness and a high level of creativity are required.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
* Natural interpersonal and communicative abilities are crucial.
* Strong organizational skills and experience are expected.
