This is a pure hunting role as an Account Executive, driving net new business for Remote.What you bring
1. Previous experience as an Account Executive, or related SaaS sales experience preferred, selling to Belgium market
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
3. Must speak either French, Dutch, or Flemish fluently
4. High level of integrity and work ethic
5. Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work independently and as an active member of the team
6. Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
7. In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
8. In-depth knowledge of sales processes
9. Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales quotas
10. Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
11. Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
12. Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines
13. Ability to build trust with a client and work as an advisor
14. Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets on a monthly basis
15. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
16. Strong customer service skills
17. Experience in the HR industry a plus
18. It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
Key Responsibilities
19. Create 'Land' opportunity deals that include detailed notes with accurate close dates
20. Maintain a clean and current pipeline of volume based, high velocity opportunities
21. Efficiently present and deliver all information to potential clients
22. Proactively answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions in a prompt manner
23. Internal collaboration and communication with key departments that support client process, experience and support
24. Close sales deals efficiently while kindly guiding clients through process
25. Meet and exceed sales quota based on role level and manage the entire sales cycle
26. Identify new opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
27. Understands the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers, and designs solutions to meet those unique business needs.
28. Self-generates leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and industry events.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
