Almac Pharma Services manufacture medicines in tablet, capsule and powder form.
We also pack commercial drug products into bottles, blisters and sachets and provide specialised packaging solutions for medical kits, vials and syringes.
Operating from our state-of-the-art facility in Dundalk, we label, pack and distribute Advanced Temperature Medicinal Products requiring ultra-low temperature handling.
The expert services we provide support the provision of medicines and treatments to patients around the world.
Due to the ongoing expansion of our business, an opportunity has become available to join our Packaging Operations in the role of Production Shift Manager. The Production Shift Manager will work under the direction of the Operations Director and will manage all shift staff across all packaging operations.
This role drives the supervisory management team and takes responsibility for material consumption, labour cost, and output, ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping and good practice are achieved in all areas at all times.

Previous experience in a management role within a packaging operation is essential for this role.
Key skills & Experience we are looking for: Degree level qualification, or significant extensive management experience Management experience within a packaging operation Experience working within a pharmaceutical or regulatory environment Experience of Performance Management.
