Key Responsibilities:
* Built relationships with clients and candidates via phone calls and face-to-face meetings
* Networking, interviewing, sourcing, and screening candidates
Ideal Candidate:
Proven recruitment experience (minimum 3 years) and strong academic profile
Ambition, high gravitas, and confidence to engage with senior professionals
Excellent interpersonal skills, work ethic, and drive to work autonomously while meeting team goals
