Job Title: Digital Transformation Project Manager
Reports to: Chief Information Officer, Terms: 2-year Full Time Fixed term.
The primary purpose of this position is to help deliver Concern's digital transformation program by listening to and interacting with internal stakeholders, evaluating their processes, and working with the IT team to implement solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the discovery, assessment, evaluation, and potential adoption of AI tools within Concern, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Foster cross-departmental collaboration and drive innovation to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
* Lead IT changes from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and effectively.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define transformation objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
* Develop detailed change plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Monitor workplan progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Support change management processes to promote smooth transitions and the adoption of new procedures and technologies.
* Provide training and support to end-users to maximise the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Role Holder Requirements:
* Required Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT change.
* Keen interest in leveraging technology to drive organizational impact and transformation.
* Proven experience in business analysis, change management, and training.
* Familiarity with a variety of AI tools including Microsoft Co-Pilot.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
