Electrician required to join one of Ireland’s leading providers of high and low-voltage electrical services. Their offices are based in Cork, but the successful candidate will be required to travel to sites throughout Munster. The successful Electrician will be responsible for a range of projects including industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities/Duties
* Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems in the commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical sectors.
* Install, assemble & commission HV, MV and LV equipment such as switchgear, transformers & protection relays.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex building engineering services, ensuring projects meet client specifications and industry standards.
* Utilise the most technically advanced equipment and solutions in all electrical work, consistently seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
* Provide expert advice and support to clients, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
* Jointing, terminating and connection of cables.
Qualifications / Skills
* Must be a fully qualified Electrician with experience in industrial and commercial environments; experience in pharmaceutical or petrochemical sectors is advantageous.
* A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in electrical installations and maintenance.
* Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, instrumentation, and fire protection systems.
* A full driver’s license is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team and liaise with clients.
