Job Title: Junior Customer Service Representative
Job Purpose: Processing orders from Alltech customers. Serves Customers by providing information in response to a wide range of queries. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Job Duties:
1. Receives, processes and confirms orders from customers in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Liaises with production regarding specific requirements.
3. Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
4. Ireland based but part of an international team.
5. Good communication skills and telephone technique.
6. Good time management and organisational skills.
7. Competent in Microsoft Programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook).
8. Ability to build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Business English – written and oral.
10. Experience with logistics an advantage.
Personal Qualities:
1. Capable of working well in a team environment.
2. Good at listening to and following instructions.
3. A positive attitude, co-operative, willing to comply with company policies and procedures and work constructively with colleagues.
4. Good time keeping and reliable.
