Job Description
A temporary full-time Human Resources Manager position is available in the Human Resource Department, Sligo/Leitrim Community Healthcare for a 12-month period.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing human resources functions within the organization. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll management, and training and development initiatives.
* Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
* Provide expert advice on employment law and best practices to management and employees.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
* Coordinate and facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
