They are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead their marketing team. This role involves managing a wide array of marketing activities, including social media, website maintenance, graphic design, digital marketing, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving successful marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and growing customer engagement across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of marketing campaigns.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
3. Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
4. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
5. Oversee the management of the company website, ensuring it is optimized for performance, user experience, and eCommerce conversion.
6. Analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance marketing efforts, including PR and media.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the company’s marketing strategy competitive.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within retail or eCommerce.
2. Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and website management.
4. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
5. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
