Job Title: Administrative Assistant
We are currently hiring an experienced administrator to join our client's team in South Dublin. As a key member of the administration department, you will provide critical support to the lettings manager and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming and outgoing queries from tenants via phone and email
* Provide administrative support to the lettings manager
* Assist in the preparation of letting agreements
* Log incoming and outgoing rent payments and issue receipts
* Chase any letting payments
* Submit RTB applications in a timely manner
* Schedule maintenance repairs and track any issues
* Manage databases and perform ad-hoc admin and sales admin tasks
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience in a related position or solid administrative background
* Strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Full working authorisation in Ireland
Location: South Dublin (Office Based)
Salary: €30-35k - DOE
