This role works closely with the HR Business Partners and business leaders to drive business results and consults with subject matter experts in HR including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee/Leadership Development, Talent Management, Global Mobility, and HR Operations among others, to ensure that the policies, programs, and plans best serve the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for supporting and implementing key annual HR processes.
2. Lead HR projects with medium complexity in areas critical to business success.
3. Planning and implementation of annual HR processes, such as talent management, annual compensation review, workforce planning, and HR-related operations.
4. Support and coordinate HR processes including data gathering and roll-up across the organization.
5. Consolidate and analyze HR information and influence leadership.
6. Support priority HR projects and/or initiatives for the business.
7. Partner with HRBPs and/or business leaders to lead cross-functional projects.
8. Triage requests and questions from the business effectively in partnership with HR COEs.
9. Analyze HR data and provide meaningful insights to the HRBP team and/or relevant functions.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in HR, Legal, or Business.
2. Minimum of 5 years HR experience, including experience working with and influencing leadership in large, complex multinational organizations.
3. Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and coaching.
4. Outstanding skills in stakeholder management.
5. Experience in leading projects of medium complexity involving multiple work processes or topics.
