Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly driven engineer to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on challenge, innovation, and seeing projects through from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop engineered solutions, including lift stations and modular systems.
* Drive projects forward with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in delivery.
* Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
* Support manufacturing, installation, and commissioning processes.
* Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve processes.
* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (GMP, ISO, etc.).
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in the metal fabrication or process systems industry.
* Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
* Knowledge of PDM systems is an advantage.
* A proactive mindset with a relentless drive to deliver results.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Familiarity with GMP standards and pharmaceutical industry requirements is a plus.
