Job Title: Business Development Manager - Electronic Security
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at {company}.
As a leading provider of electronic security solutions, we offer cutting-edge products to businesses across various industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling electronic security products to the construction industry.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales person from either the security industry or from a construction background with experience selling to tier 1 contractors.
The key responsibilities include:
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients
* Identify and secure new business, while maintaining and growing existing accounts
* Present and promote electronic security solutions, providing tailored recommendations to meet client needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless installation and after-sales support
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
The ideal candidate will have:
* Sales experience in the security industry desirable, however candidates with experience in the construction industry are also encouraged to apply
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently, managing your territory and sales pipeline effectively
