We are seeking an experienced Materials Coordinator to join our team in Dublin 12. This role will involve planning, organising and managing the company's portfolio of stock.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of stock including stock takes schedule and resolving stock queries.
* Manage the returns process on the in-house systems.
* Ensuring that all stock has the correct lot / batch recording to ensure full traceability.
* Ensure up-to-date reporting on all stock in warehouse and on consignment.
* Work closely with purchasing to ensure compliance with supplier, quality and regulatory standards.
* Work closely with Customer Services Team to ensure orders dispatched seamlessly.
* Be capable of understanding customer needs and take a proactive approach to meeting their requirements.
* Ensure strict adherence to all warehouse SOPs and MDR guidelines.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes and enhance productivity.
* Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to management.
* Work with Compliance on updating SOPs and creating new SOPs as required.
* Delivery of first-class support and service to all teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience working in a warehouse environment.
* Experience of using SAP is essential.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Proven attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Time management skills with a focus on working to deadlines.
* Ability to perform effectively under pressure and changing circumstances.
* Self-motivated.
This permanent position offers a salary in the region of €40,000 - €45,000 along with a range of benefits.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
