This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a dynamic and varied role and the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees while also ensuring seamless administrative support across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, post and emails Manage hospitality requests and travel/accommodation booking Welcome visitors and contractors by completing inductions and locating their point of contact Raise purchase requisitions for multiple departments and processing payment requests Reconcile purchase orders for payment Manage access control by issuing badges for employees and visitors Set up employees on the clocking system and assign lockers Provide support on recruitment administration Ad-hoc administrative duties as required e.g supporting EHS and facilities administration Key Skills 5+ years customer support/administration experience Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and ERP systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a personable, professional manner Highly organised with strong attention to detail Team player with proactive mindset Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
