We are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team at AWS Enterprise Support.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers of all industries and sizes, helping them gain the best value and service from AWS.
As a Senior TAM, you will be the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
You will help craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, Cloud Front CDN, IoT and more.
Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enable you to effectively represent AWS within a customer's environment, driving discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs and risk management.
Key responsibilities include building solutions, providing technical guidance and advocacy for the customer, ensuring AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity, developing trusting relationships with customers, and using technical acumen and customer obsession to drive technical discussions.
The ideal candidate will have strong backgrounds in I.T. operations and related areas such as Linux/Windows systems administration, DevOps, Data Analytics, and more.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with experience working with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
The ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including developers, business leaders, and sales teams, is also essential.
