Are you a finance transformation expert with a passion for process optimisation? A leading consultancy is looking for a Finance Processes Optimisation Manager to play a key role in major transformation projects, helping businesses streamline and enhance their finance operations.
Responsibilities:
* Lead finance process optimisation projects, focusing on R2R, P2P, or O2C.
* Identify inefficiencies in finance functions and develop actionable improvement plans.
* Implement automation solutions to enhance financial reporting and accuracy.
* Conduct finance diagnostics to assess process health and recommend solutions.
* Provide expert advice to clients, leveraging industry best practices.
About You:
* Qualified or part-qualified ACA/CIMA accountant with strong finance transformation experience.
* Expertise in finance process design and implementation (R2R, P2P, O2C).
* Hands-on experience with process mapping, benchmarking, and automation.
* Prior consulting experience or significant finance transformation roles in industry.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
