Our Technology Client, in Dublin city centre, has an exciting requirement for a Recruiter to join their recruitment team for a 12-month contract. Hybrid work on offer with 2 days in the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of Technical vacancies primarily across Ireland & UK, with specific focus on Product Engineering/Software Engineering roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1. Partner with company leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements.
2. Influences and advise stakeholders on recruitment strategy.
3. Develop and maintain a strong relevant candidate pipeline.
4. Attract talent through effective sourcing techniques.
5. Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.
6. Manage live roles from initial intake to delivery.
7. Daily use of sourcing tools and ATS.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. 3+ years’ full lifecycle Technical Recruitment experience ideally in a high growth tech environment.
2. In-house recruitment experience (Highly desirable).
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
