Our Technology Client, in Dublin city centre, has an exciting requirement for a Recruiter to join their recruitment team for a 12-month contract.
Hybrid work on offer with 2 days in the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of Technical vacancies primarily across Ireland & UK, with specific focus on Product Engineering/Software Engineering roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREDPartner with company leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements.Influences and advise stakeholders on recruitment strategy.Develop and maintain a strong relevant candidate pipeline.Attract talent through effective sourcing techniques.Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.Manage live roles from initial intake to delivery.Daily use of sourcing tools and ATS.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED3+ years' full lifecycle Technical Recruitment experience ideally in a high growth tech environment.In-house recruitment experience (Highly desirable).Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.For additional information please contact Maryclaire Booth – +353(0)16146027 or ******.
