Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive (DME) to join our team. This role will suit a highly creative, ambitious, and strategic digital marketing professional who will play an integral part in developing, managing, and executing on the company's strategic digital marketing campaigns and activities in Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a marketing team, supporting online advertising campaigns, website maintenance, and various marketing software platforms, while also supporting both online and in-person events.
They will contribute to traditional marketing projects as needed. Strong visual literacy, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
2. Create impactful marketing campaigns that deliver lead generation through digital initiatives.
3. Own and deliver regular reports of campaign results, including evaluation of KPIs.
4. Create engaging content across digital marketing platforms in line with planned campaigns.
5. Understand different target markets and the content needed for their needs and interests to deliver the right message to drive leads along the sales funnel to meet commercial targets.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.
7. Data analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing optimization recommendations.
8. Collaboration and coordination: Work closely with sales, global/regional marketing, and other teams to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
9. Monitor and report on spend throughout the year to ensure budget adherence and efficiency.
10. Assist in website content updates and maintenance, collaborating with the global web development team.
11. Utilize marketing software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Showpad, and Qualtrics, while collaborating with marketing colleagues.
12. Prepare marketing reports and presentations, collaborating with the analytics team.
13. Design and print management working with an external agency.
14. Work on social media both organic and paid campaigns.
15. Support both online and in-person marketing events, collaborating with the event planning team, including pre-event planning, on-site assistance, and post-event follow-up.
16. Contribute to the development and management of traditional marketing projects, such as print materials, collaborating with the design team when required.
What You Need:
1. Proven experience in a digital marketing support role.
2. Experience in working on online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising).
3. Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
4. Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Adobe Analytics, Showpad, and Qualtrics is a plus.
