Role Overview: As a Senior Technical Support Engineer for NSX at Broadcom, you'll be a key part of our global support team, helping customers troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues. You'll learn our latest technologies, mentor new engineers, and have opportunities for career growth based on your performance.
First 6 Months Goals: Complete comprehensive training on NSX products and tools, shadow experienced engineers, and begin engaging directly with customers to resolve critical issues. Success depends on your technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers via email and virtual sessions.
* Troubleshoot and reproduce issues in labs.
* Document interactions and resolutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
* Research and update knowledge base articles.
* Create training materials and mentor new team members.
* Maintain positive customer interactions.
* Manage escalations and prepare Root Cause Analyses.
Requirements: 5+ years of related experience or relevant degree/experience combination.
