HireForce is working with a leading Irish company based in West Dublin, currently seeking a recently qualified Tax Analyst to join their dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring tax compliance, providing expert guidance, and supporting the business in managing its tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing tax compliance documentation, with a focus on Corporation Tax and VAT.
2. Tackle complex tax issues by conducting in-depth technical analysis and collaborating with specialists as needed.
3. Interpret changes in tax policy, assessing their impact on the business, and advising on necessary adjustments.
4. Contribute to tax reporting for the half-year and year-end financial audits.
5. Provide ad-hoc consultancy to various business units on tax matters, including VAT, corporation tax, stamp duty, and payroll taxes.
6. Build strong, collaborative relationships with key business units to facilitate timely communication on legislative changes that may impact operations.
7. Identify opportunities to enhance tax processes, streamline operations, and drive efficiencies.
8. Review controls and compliance procedures to ensure best practices are maintained.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Recently qualified chartered tax advisor ("CTA") and qualified chartered accountant ("ACA") (0-2 years PQE)
2. Exceptional communication skills and strong at building cross functional relationships.
3. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
