**Payment Manager Role Overview**
This is a crucial position within our iGaming platform, responsible for overseeing and optimizing all payment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment systems, risk management, and transaction reconciliation, with experience working in Tier 1 regions.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and manage relationships with payment service providers (PSPs), banks, and alternative payment solutions to ensure a diverse and efficient payment infrastructure.
* Negotiate terms and agreements with PSPs to optimize transaction fees, approval rates, and service quality.
* Monitor and analyze transaction flows, identifying and resolving issues related to failed or lost deposits.
* Oversee fraud prevention measures, ensuring secure payment processing while minimizing chargebacks and unauthorized transactions.
* Conduct daily reconciliation of payment transactions to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
* Work closely with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Research and integrate new payment methods to improve user experience and expand market reach.
* Collaborate with customer support to resolve payment-related inquiries and improve the overall player experience.
* Stay updated on industry trends, payment regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance payment processes.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in payment operations, PSP management, or financial risk management within the iGaming industry.
* Must have experience working with Tier 1 regions.
* Strong understanding of payment processing systems, banking operations, and alternative payment methods (e-wallets, crypto, bank transfers, etc.).
* Experience working with payment reconciliation, transaction monitoring, and fraud detection tools.
* Ability to troubleshoot failed transactions, lost deposits, and chargeback issues.
* Excellent negotiation skills and experience in managing PSP contracts and agreements.
* Knowledge of AML, KYC, and financial compliance regulations in the iGaming sector.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
* Fluency in English is a must; Turkish or Russian/Ukrainian is a plus.
* Background in risk management, anti-fraud, or financial auditing.
* Experience in integrating new PSPs and payment gateways.
* Familiarity with crypto payments and blockchain-based transactions.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach.
Location:
