They are seeking a talented Process Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing new processes and/or products, ensuring successful product transfers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. You will utilize Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, and Inclusion strategies to foster a culture of operational excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and improve technical and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and participate in cross-functional investigations to identify and address problems and deviations in manufacturing processes. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Drive process improvements by identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing technical or business-related opportunities and challenges.
* Initiate and coordinate process improvement projects, utilizing Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, and Kaizen methodologies.
* Facilitate Kaizen events and coach sponsors and practitioners to ensure effective application of process improvement tools.
* Contribute to data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform continuous improvement efforts.
* Ensure manufacturing operations remain compliant with all quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure smooth product transfer processes, supporting the introduction of new products or processes.
* Provide direction and support to ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Bioprocessing, Biotechnology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a Process Engineering role, preferably within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
* Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
* Experience in Change Management and the application of related principles to enhance process performance.
* Experience in coaching, training, and mentoring individuals on Lean Six Sigma practices and continuous improvement strategies.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to manufacturing operations.
