Team Leader - Insurance Sector
A leading name in the insurance sector is seeking a motivated professional with leadership skills to join their team as a Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, and support a team to meet performance goals and KPIs.
* Provide coaching, conduct one-to-one reviews, and support team development.
* Monitor workflows to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to regulations.
* Act as a point of escalation for complex queries and problem-solving.
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet overall team targets.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of success in a customer-focused or sales role, with leadership experience or potential.
* APA or CIP qualifications (or be Grandfathered), with knowledge of personal and commercial insurance.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Results-driven with a proactive, resilient, and team-focused mindset.
