Job Title: Sales Manager
A leading client within the Security and Facilities Management sector is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales strategies and teams.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and visit clients to drive sales growth in the Northern Ireland, ROI, and UK.
* Identify and target key accounts, understand customer needs, and propose suitable solutions.
* Possess proven experience in replying to Public Sector tenders and managing Public Sector relationships.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Lead and direct junior sales staff, coordinating with the Marketing Manager to execute a strong marketing plan.
* Negotiate and close agreements with large private and public sector clients.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics, suggesting improvements to existing go-to-market and customer propositions.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, staying up-to-date with new product launches.
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Head of Sales / Country Manager / Sales Director.
* High-level sales management skills with active involvement in sales.
* Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
* Experience developing sales and marketing plans, using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
