* Maintain performance and identify training needs through coaching and performance management.
* Continuously monitor and improve controls and procedures within the service department for increased productivity and efficiency.
* Ensure all service processes meet Blackwater Motors requirements.
* Maintain a safe working environment and ensure employees comply with health and safety regulations.
* Build strong relationships with sales and parts departments, as well as Volkswagen brand guidelines.
* Adhere to ISO and customer satisfaction standards.
* Ensure a clean and organized workshop daily.
* Participate in annual departmental budgeting and target achievement.
