HR Manager
Bangor MCS Group is partnering with a Not for Profit organisation to recruit an HR Manager who will support their team and impact on the wider community in Northern Ireland.
The Role
The HR Manager will oversee HR operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a positive work culture.
Main Responsibilities
* Continuously improve HR strategies and practices, ensuring alignment with company objectives and organisational development plans.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance, providing guidance on HR policies and resolving employee queries.
* Collaborate with managers to meet staffing needs, using creative recruitment methods, and support team cohesion and staff development.
* Coordinate and deliver training to staff and promote a coaching culture to support future development.
* Handle disciplinary matters, performance issues, and absence management, providing support to managers as needed.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, including GDPR, health and safety regulations, and equality diversity and inclusion standards.
* Provide reports on HR metrics and data, and maintain personnel files while liaising with stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a HR Generalist role within a similar industry.
* CIPD level 5 or equivalent qualification.
* Experience designing and developing HR policies.
* Experience handling entire ER processes.
* Experience managing full recruitment campaigns.
* Excellent communication skills.
