Our client, one of Ireland's most successful property developers are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team. This role is responsible for the Accounts Payable life cycle management of the firms entities. Responsibilities:
1. Matching orders/deliveries and purchase orders to invoices for approval
2. Sending invoices for approval and chasing approvals when required
3. Processing monthly payment runs from the system and sending for approval
4. RCT - ROS checking and payment deduction
5. Bank reconciliations
Requirements
6. 2-3 years experience in an Accounts Payable role
7. Assisting finance team with other finance tasks where possible
8. Excellent numeric, analytical skills and attentiveness to detail
9. Good understanding of IT systems and MS Office Suite
10. Previous sector experience advantageous
