About the Role
In light of continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their successful sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Present, promote, and sell products to both existing and potential customers.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term loyalty.
* Identify potential customers through cold calling and actively follow up on new leads.
* Meet or exceed established sales targets and deliver desired outcomes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Demonstrated success in sales within the construction sector, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service.
* Preferably comprehensive knowledge of building and timber materials.
* Strong selling, communication, and negotiation abilities.
* Skills in multitasking, prioritising, and effective time management.
* A proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
