Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the partner, including managing calendars, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel logistics.
Act as the main liaison between the partner and both internal and external stakeholders.
Generate written correspondence from dictations.
Collaborate with the partnership secretary on confidential documents.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare high-quality proposals and presentations.
Engage proactively with marketing departments and other stakeholders on client relationship management and business development initiatives.
Key Skills and Requirements A minimum of 5 years' solid experience as an EA supporting senior leadership, ideally in a professional services setting.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, precise work within deadlines.
Exemplifies integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
Approachable and maintains a high level of professionalism with colleagues at all organisational levels.
