Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Business Development Center

2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

3. Establish and manage processes for smooth operations
">
4. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching
">
5. Analyze customer data to increase sales and customer satisfaction

6. Generate new business leads and increase sales opportunities
">
7. Develop and implement marketing campaigns
">
8. Update and manage website content
">
9. Manage staff schedule and ensure adequate staffing levels
">
10. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
">
11. Assist in other areas of the dealership as needed
">

Requirements:

12. Strong understanding of the Auto industry
">
13. Proven track record in sales/marketing management
">
14. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
">
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
">
16. Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects

17. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

18. Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Compensation & Benefits:

The employer offers an attractive pay structure with a base salary ranging from $60000 to $85000 per year, plus commission. Additional benefits include paid time off, health and dental insurance, 401(k) contributions, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
